Genesis Program Terms
Genesis is Digitalage's invite-only founding creator cohort.
Submitting a Genesis application does not guarantee acceptance, payment, partnership, employment, investment opportunity, or eligibility for any bonus.
The Genesis launch group is limited to up to 100 selected creators.
Selected Genesis creators may receive a $500 cash sign-up bonus after completing the required onboarding steps.
Required onboarding steps
Required onboarding steps may include:
- Submit a Genesis application
- Verify your email address
- Complete Digitalage onboarding
- Register 10 original assets
- Post your first verification video
- Complete Digitalage review
There is no impressions threshold for the Genesis bonus. Eligibility is based on Digitalage review, program requirements, creator fit, and completion of onboarding steps.
Payment timing
For selected qualifying creators, the $500 Genesis bonus is paid within 7 days after completed onboarding and Digitalage approval.
Payment method
Digitalage will request payment details separately from selected creators. Do not submit banking, payment, tax, or sensitive personal information through the Genesis application form.
Taxes
Participants are responsible for any taxes related to payments they receive. Digitalage may request tax information, including a W-9 or other applicable documentation, and may issue tax reporting forms if required by law.
Content ownership and license
Creators are responsible for ensuring they own or control the rights to the content they submit or register. Participation in Genesis does not transfer ownership of creator content to Digitalage. By participating, creators grant Digitalage the limited rights needed to process, verify, register, display, and operate Genesis onboarding and verification services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Program changes
Digitalage may modify, pause, or end the Genesis program at any time.
Termination
Digitalage may reject, hold, decline, or remove applications that are incomplete, inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or inconsistent with the Genesis program.
Limitation
Submitting a Genesis application does not create a partnership, employment relationship, investment relationship, agency relationship, or guaranteed payment obligation.
